My Assunta panel(s) is/are not at the bottom or does/do not move(s) down. Moving upward does not cause any problems.
You may have already tried with a RESET (disconnecting the power cable, wait a while and plug it back in).
For some reason, the panels probably didn't stop at the bottom, and the motor continued to
run until the panels were mechanically stopped at the top. At this point, it is a question of getting the panels back
down and letting the belts unroll and then let them run down once
until the doors once again roll up correctly. Forcing the panels to move can be done using the
small push buttons on the circuit board. Normally, FWD is up and REV is down, but since the belts did not roll up
properly, FWD must be pressed (and hold) to move the doors down.
Let the doors run until the belts regain their correct position. Now you can once again use the 'normal' red push buttons.
